For International orders or enquiries, we ship all over the world via TNT Express. Usually your order will be processed within 1 - 2 business days and shipping duration is 3 - 7 days depending where you are in the world.

The Commodity Code for our products is 8512 1000 and is classed as Lighting or visual signalling equipment of a kind used on bicycles You can check out the details here and the duty is 2.70% of your order.

Certain countries, not all, will charge custom fees and taxes. This will be collected by TNT when the goods enter your country. Soon we will be posting exact pricing that you will be charged for your country. ETA for this is April 09. When you order you will receive an email from us confirming your order has been placed. Once we have processed your order we will send an email to you detailing the shipping / tracking number. Using the link below you can track your parcel to anywhere in the world.

We use TNT International Express shipping. This service is fully trackable anywhere in the world. We can consolidate orders and fit upto 3 MTB or Multisport kits or 2 Endurance kits into one satchel. NOTE : Please ship your goods to an address where there will be someone to sign for the shipment. International Express is a door to door service. If there is no one home then you will need to arrange pickup or another drop off date.

Warranty

Please note that warranty is not transferable. If you do have a warranty issue please follow these simple steps.

  1. Print out and complete our Warranty form which can be downloaded by clicking on the link at the top of this page.
  2. Either scan and email to us , phone in your problem or post the faulty goods back to us with the completed form. Contact details on on the form.

Basically we have already taken every precaution for you with the smarts built into the batteries and chargers but we ask that you regularly check the battery leads and connectors for damage or wear, particularly after an off. If you are unsure of something just mail in to us and we'll help you out where we can.

Ay Up warranty on batteries and chargers is valid for one year from time of purchase. Lightsets is 10 years. This is a no quibble replacement guarantee and is covered worldwide. Depending where you are in the world it could take from 1 to 5 days to replace your goods. Any warranty issues should be emailed into us.

Download, print out and complete our Warranty Claim form, the link is at the top of this page. Either phone, email or return the faulty goods to us and we will inspect and repair / replace where required. Please fully complete the form before contacting us. If you email / send in we will get back to you ASAP. We pride ourselves on customer service and we do have a reputation for great service all over the world. During this process we will determine how to deal with the problem.  We have a no quibble replacement warranty if any part fails through normal use and within the warranty period. How's that for customer service and standing behind our products.

A recent warranty issue with a faulty battery from the UK prompted the customer to send us this report after we replaced his faulty part from Australia at our usual lightning speed.

Was talking last night to all the other guys with ayups and they were all worried about warranty issues now you no longer have a uk distributor, especially as mine were the first set, I think you have put everyones mind totally at ease now about warranty issues

Freight & Insurance

Ay Up uses Australia Express Post for domestic orders and TNT International Express to ship your goods from our door to yours. Both companies have live online tracking systems. The cost of the freight includes insurance for full replacement of the goods if lost or damaged.

Parts shipping for Australia, $10 - usually ships within 3 - 5 business days. 

Kit shipping for Australia, $12 - usually ships within 3 - 5 business days.
