6HR-08SA1 without pouch - $52 ex GST, upgrade offer to existing customers - $42 ex GST Current Roadie, Regular & Endurance Kits can be purchased with on / off switched batteries instead of non switched batteries. This will be offered as a swap over for new kit purchases and be battery size for the same battery size.

Basically we have already taken every precaution for you with the smarts built into the batteries and chargers but we ask that you regularly check the battery leads and connectors for damage or wear, particularly after an off. If you are unsure of something just mail in to us and we'll help you out where we can.
Ay Up warranty on batteries and chargers is valid for one year from time of purchase. Lightsets is 10 years. This is a no quibble replacement guarantee. Depending where you are in the world it could take from 1 to 5 days to replace your goods. Any warranty issues should be emailed into us.
The battery and charger circuits have been designed to operate together. Do not attempt to use any other charger than the supplied Ay Up! charger to charge Ay Up! batteries. Doing so could damage the battery circuit. Our batteries have been designed for low current draw so are unlike any other battery you will come across. They have internal circuitry to monitor; short circuit, overload, reverse polarity and cell balance charging. All these smarts are auto reset once the fault is removed or rectified. If your batteries behave oddly do not use and notify Ay Up! by email.
LED's are renowned for generating alot of heat when in use. This is not the case with Ay Up! lights. We run our power at a lower setting as we are all about not wasting light that you don't need and long burn times for little weight. If you place a lightset in your pocket with it turned on, it will warm up over 10 - 15 minutes to approx 35C (Luxeon - 45C). This is quite warm to touch but will not burn or injure you or your inquisitive children. Our mini crash test dummies here at Ay Up! are as young as 2 years old. If the light is out in an air flow you will notice a slight difference in temperature. If your riding, the light will not be much warmer if at all than ambient. Sorry guys in the colder climes, no hand warmers here...if its heat you want then buy a HID, they cook!

Freight & Insurance
Ay Up! uses Australia Post and TNT to ship your goods from our door to yours. Both companies have a fantastic track record and is by far the cheapest and safest method of shipping either within Australia or Internationally. Domestic Post
Domestic Australia Express Post for all kits $12 – usually ships overnight.
Domestic Australia Express Post for parts (up to 500 grams) $10 - usually ships 1 – 2 business days.
International Shipping - TNT Due to postal strikes and general customer requirements we are reverting back to TNT International Express shipping. This service is fully trackable anywhere in the world and all kits will be complete and packed in their sausage packs. We can consolodate orders and fit upto 3 Regular or Roadie kits or 2 Endurance kits into one satchel. For shipping to the UK, EU or USA please allow 4 - 5 business days. NOTE : Please ship your goods to an address where there will be someone to sign for the shipment. TNT will not leave the shipment unless there is someone to sign for it. A work address is fine and could save you a run out to the depot to pickup. TO TRACK YOUR PARCEL CLICK HERE We will ship all parts under 500 grams with Australia Air Mail International Post. This is a flat fee of $20 AUD, please allow 4 - 5 business days and bear in mind that these parcels could be held up by your countries post due to strike action.
